My love for travel started at a young age! As a child growing up in mid-Missouri, I was fortunate that my parents took our family to many countries around the world. Although I was young, I still have memories of visiting Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Germany, Paris, etc. I wish digital photography was available back then so I could remember it all!

After attending college at the University of Missouri where I got my Bachelors in Finance, and later my MBA, I worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and then Sprint for many years. Through the variety of positions I held, the most valuable experience that helps me as an agent today is my attention to detail and project management skills.

Eventually I left the workplace to become a stay at home mom, I started planning family vacations to fill the urge to “go somewhere.” Starting with trips to Hawaii when my son was only one year old (a long trip with a lap child!) to taking both kids to Italy when they were just 5 and 7 - I learned that you can’t be afraid to travel with young children and they do learn so much about the world when they experience it first hand. As they got older, vacations became a priority for our family - with every school break and holiday focused on “where should we go now?” I truly believe that appreciating other cultures, foods and experiencing places from history books in person is one of the best educations we can give future generations.

Over the years we have visited Hawaii 15 times. It is our home away from home, and I love how each island has its own personality and is like an entirely different vacation! We have skied in Switzerland, island-hopped in Greece, ate our way through Spain, visited Italy several times, as well as London, Paris, Costa Rica and of course places all over the Caribbean Islands and Mexico. My bucket list includes Peru, Ireland, Alaska, Egypt and a river cruise (just to name a few).

I love working with clients in all stages of life - whether they are just starting out and planning their honeymoon, traveling with kids, multi-generational families, or empty nesters.  Vacations make people happy, and I love being a part of it! I approach each trip by learning all I can about the region; even if I have been there before, there is always something new to learn. A vacation is a combination of food, culture, history, relaxation and fun – and I love that my job lets me help people experience all of these!
