We have used Amy for several trips and she has always been so helpful. All of our trips with Amy have been Disney related and we are the type to get overwhelmed with all of the details. Amy has always been amazing and so knowledgeable in helping make our vacations perfect. Most recently we have had to cancel a few trips bc of the quarantine. I am so grateful to have have had Amy’s help in navigating all of this. During such a difficult time for all of the families she’s working with, her own family and business, she always helped us and made time for us. We will be using Amy as our travel agent going forward - not a doubt about that.

Amy was wonderful. Being that it was our first trip to Florida, I was not sure how (or what) to book because of Covid and restrictions and she took care of everything. She kept us up to date on any changes and was available for my many questions. It was my first time at Disney and Universal and everything was just perfect! I highly recommend Amy!

Amy is so responsive and knowledgable. She makes things easy and the trips she's helped us with have been wonderful. We'll keep using her expertise in the future for sure.

We had planned an Antigua vacation with 4 of our best friends. We were excited until the coronavirus threatened our travel plans. Even though this was something that has never happened before, Amy was there with us every step of the way answering our concerns and worries in addition to many other travelers she had to deal with! Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip but we look forward to planning another trip with Amy in the near future!! I will highly recommend Amy for any travel vacations!

Availability. Professionalism. Courtesy. Responsiveness. Amy brings these qualities to her work, and that makes dealing with her a pleasure. In addition, she is knowledgeable and aware. The first thing I noticed is that she is easy to reach and eager to help - and that continued successfully when arrangements went upside down during the Coronavirus crisis.
