    I used Austin to book a hotel room for me and my husband in Rochester MN for a doctor appointment prior to my surgery. He was very fast at getting us the room that we wanted. And made sure that everything was ready for us at the time that we arrived at the hotel.

    I use Austin for his knowable experience and helpfulness when traveling. From first contact Austin listened to my wants and needs and ensured great line of communication from start to finish. I have used his services 4 times now and I personally would not use anyone else. After my trips he contacts me to ensure everything went well. They always do, but his attention to detail is beyond anything I have experienced. I personally am aperitive of Austin, if you are thinking about traveling I would use him
