Christy is very knowledgeable and professional. She took great care planning our Disney trip and had great communication every step of the way. She made it a great experience!

Christy was very available for any questions/concerns and was willing to help as much or as little as I wanted. She is so knowledgeable!! I could easily tell this was her passion and not just a job for Christy. Unlike other travel agents I have used, I can tell Christy really cares about her customer’s experience and not just her bottom line. When extra discounts were available that help lower a customer’s price and also lowering Christy’s commission, she still went out of her way to apply these without the customer even asking. Christy takes away the stress of planning a vacation!

Christy has been great to work with as we planned our first trip to Disney. She took the time to speak with me via phone and to work up a quote for us. She answered all the questions I had prior to booking. Once we booked she sent an email outlining all of our next steps, a timeline for making dining reservations, Fast Pass, etc. She helped us plan the trip itinerary and had helpful dining recommendations— and she had our dining and Bibbidi Bobbidi reservations made before I had even gotten out of the shower! I was super stressed out about the thought of planning this trip and Christy has made it a breeze! I cannot say enough how thrilled I am with her service!
