After making all of the arrangements for five annual “girls’ getaways” for myself and a group of friends, my friends suggested I take it to the next level and become a travel agent. I fell in love with every aspect of this new career adventure!

In addition to girls who want to get away, I work with families, extended families, singles, couples and multigenerational groups.

My favorite thing is working with a client to find the vacation that’s the right “fit” for them. I stay with my clients throughout the process and beyond; sometimes, I even travel with one of my groups as their tour guide.

I book lots of vacations to the Caribbean and Hawaii, where the majestic and inspiring beauty of nature is both above and below the water.

I have a special interest in Ireland, too. One of the most amazing trips I’ve taken was a 21-day self-drive tour of the Emerald Isle with my best friend. We stayed in a lighthouse, a castle, a hostel and many charming bed-and-breakfast inns. We met wonderful people who helped us explore beyond the popular tourist sites.

When I became a travel professional, I decided to take all the training I possibly could in order to offer the best assistance to my clients. I’m a CLIA-certified Accredited Cruise Counselor and a Master Cruise Counselor. I’ve completed many specialist courses with the Travel Institute, including Certified Travel Associate. I have top-level certifications with all of the major cruise lines; many Destination Specialist certificates; and am a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge.
