I hate to rate someone so highly and leave no room for improvement, but JoAnn has been an extremely responsive agent with all the answers. She is the best travel agent I've worked with and I've used many in my past, but JoAnn is the most wonderful fun loving agent and quick to respond even while on a cruise she takes the time to correct a problem with no effort. Jo Ann has renewed my faith in travel agents.. In a time when most everything can be done on line, I love and trust her to ensure that everything is perfect for my vacations. We have traveled with her to the Islands and to Europe, and she has always made sure that everything has come off without a hitch..
