Shane was absolutely wonderful to work with! He came highly recommended to us by a friend, and we are so glad that we had him help us plan/book our honeymoon. With all of the other wedding details that were on our mind, it was comforting to know that Shane was taking care of all of the details of our honeymoon trip to Sandals Royal Planation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The fights worked perfectly together as far as timing, and we are also pleased that Shane shared the Club Mobay information with us and that we took advantage of that. It made customs/security that much faster for us, and put us at ease in Jamaica when we were at an unfamiliar airport. We can't wait to work with Shane on another vacation in the future! We had an excellent experience working with Shane. He made everything about our trip and traveling so much easier and relaxing.

We were traveling for our honeymoon and had never traveled out of the country. Shane helped us by giving us several ideas on where to travel for a honeymoon, he showed us places where he has been and that really was important for us because we knew he wasn't going to send us somewhere that wasn't great! He gave us all of the pamphlets and magazines of the places we were considering. He communicated very well with us at where we were in the process. Once everything was booked, he sent us our itinerary and was very good about answering our questions. We had zero problems while we were gone so we didn't need to call him - although if we did, he provided us with a 24/7 number to call that would help us fix the problem. Our resort was so perfect for our honeymoon! Shane was so great to work with and I would highly recommend him for any of your travel needs! We will be using him for all of our future trips! :)

He was friendly and respected the budget we set up to send our parents to Alaska. Shane set up airline flights, transfers to and from the hotel and the ship. He also helped us set up excursions at every destination. Everything went just as planned with no hassels. They were grinning from ear to ear in every picture.
