I have nothing but great things to say. Jillian far exceeded any ideas we had on a travel agent. My husband and I planned a trip to Ireland last summer and it was a once in a lifetime trip. Jillian did everything. She coordinated the flight, hotels and castles. She even got a driver. We just sent her some documents and an idea of what we wanted to do and where we we wanted to go. She did the rest. It was that easy. We are now headed back to Ireland next summer with our 2 girls. And of course Jillian was our first call. She's still top notch. I have referred people to her. The hardest part of the whole ordeal was packing. And I'll take that.
