Jennifer was a Godsend as my husband and I planned our honeymoon. She was so knowledgeable about everything. She was absolutely on top of everything, from resort deposits, covid regulations and entry requirements, transfers to and from the airport, etc. She even got us a special pass to go through customs in Antigua efficiently and hassle-free! Jennifer is organized, friendly, and thorough. We ran into some issues with our room at the resort not being up to par (something that was unexpected and completely out of her control), and the minute I called her from our destination--she instantly whipped out an email to the General Manager and shook things up for our benefit. We were not only thankful but so impressed! Her efforts made it so that the resort moved us and upgraded us. Huge thanks to Jennifer. Without a doubt, we will be using her talents again!
