I don't have enough adequate words to describe my experience working with Lea. I planned a very last minute trip to Portugal (2.5 weeks lead time!) and reached out to her for assistance. Not only was she quick to respond but was incredibly kind and eager to help, despite the tight time frame. Within 2 days, she had pulled together everything I was looking for, within my budget and standards (i.e. 5 star hotels with breakfast included, safe, clean, etc.). All the hotels were beyond my expectations, in prime locations, and the excursions were wonderful. She also arranged private car pick-ups to and from the airports, and made sure to call all the hotels and travel accommodations ahead of time to ensure booking confirmations. She kept in touch regularly, whether via email or phone, to ensure we had everything we needed - before, during, and even AFTER we got back home. Thanks to Lea I had a fabulous trip to Croatia and Slovenia! I was skeptical and nervous about traveling solo but she assured me that it will be fine. She was very thorough with the travel documents and even included google maps of interesting places while I'm there. She even contacted my tour director to check if i'm ok of which I'm very grateful. I'm glad I went because I had so much fun and made new friends. I was so delighted with her that I book two more trips as soon as I came back !

Lea is the best! She's professional and very attentive to her customers' travel needs. She coordinated two of our recent Globus trips and has always provided exemplary follow through to ensure that we have the best travel experience. She takes that extra step to make sure that when we arrive at our destination that we are equipped with the right maps and information to show the best places to eat, shop, etc. around our hotel areas during our 'at leisure' times. No other travel consultant does that! She gives you her undivided attention -- always makes us feel as if we're the only customers she's working with at the time - unlike other travel companies where customer service stops once you've paid your fare. She takes much of the stress out that sometimes comes with making travel arrangements. She even welcomes you back upon your return. LEA RUFO was the best travel agent I have ever had the pleasure to interact with: Five Stars! I wanted to take my husband on a special trip to Paris for his birthday, yet having not been out of the country for several years, I didn't know where to begin. LEA took care of everything and I'm so grateful for her professionalism and her travel expertise. She listened to our expectations of the trip and worked with our humble budget. LEA arranged a jammed-pack fun filled itinerary - from being picked up from the airport and having "skip-the-line" tickets to all of our venues.
