Robin's enthusiasm for travel makes her a perfect travel agent to work with. She did not just make arrangements for our trip, she found joy in providing us with a wonderful experience from the beginning of the planning stage to the Welcome Home! email we received on our return.

Robin made all of the arrangements for our Scandinavian Tour. She always double checks every detail and document to make sure the trip will go smoothly. She even made calls to verify various things like what seats we have on a particular flight. In addition, she was able to find discounts that we did not even know existed and took care of making sure they were applied to bring the cost of the trip down.

We love going into plan our next trip with Robin -- in fact we have two more trips in the works with her right now. She makes the whole experience fun and exciting and we have full confidence she will take care of all of the plans for us. We just have to sit back and relax.

Robin was essential in planning a trip I have wanted to do for the last decade. After giving her what ideas we were looking for and areas to visit, she was able to work up a trip that covered everything we wanted to see and do, plus a bunch more that we were not aware of.
