We had to cancel our trip as planned for May 2020 due to Covid restrictions, however, Mandy worked tirelessly to find us the best deal possible and we were able to reschedule for February 2021. She kept us up to date on pricing, offered us alternatives and in the end was able to rebook our trip for a fantastic price and upgraded resort. I couldn't recommend her enough! She is extremely professional, honest and resourceful. We can't thank her enough and look forward to working with her in the future for all of our travel needs.
