Nicole has helped myself and my family on several occasions to plan trips. The most recent one is to the Dominican Republic. She was quick to respond on possibilities, found us flights that were cheaper than we expected and sent us wonderful information to have all the details ready to go when we leave in a few weeks. We are so pleased with her diligence, dedication and specialized service. Can't wait to talk with her again for 2016 family vacation!

Nicole never stopped looking for the best trip for our first family All-Inclusive vacation. With a tight budget in place, Nicole was persistent in finding the best value for the best price. Our trip to Punta Cana was awesome, from the pick-up at the airport, to the Hotel and return home it was seamless and without any mishaps. We have traveled four times under Nicole's guidance. One was a large family trip, another was a trip with our granddaughter , another as a couple and one was a cruise to Alaska with 4 other friends. Our friends were also happy with the arrangements that Nicole made for us. It was our first cruise for all. She answered all of our many questions. We would not go back to someone who didn't have the experience and expertise to arrange trips. All of our trips have exceeded our expectations and we certainly plan on using her services in the future.

We are an older couple, who although have traveled extensively throughout our lives had never been on a cruise. So I took a friend's advice and contacted Nicole. She was very informative and listened to our concerns. Based on her expertise and our background, she offered us several options, but gently steered us towards the cruise we ultimately went on. The ship was not overly large which had been a concern of ours and the ports we docked at were places we had never been and therefore an adventure. We went from the Middle East to Singapore, fantastic! The cruise line she chose for us was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. Nicole was quite knowledgeable and prompt in her response to our many queries as to visas, cultural differences and what to expect on the ship. Nicole clearly loves what she does and was very enthusiastic about our trip. We would definitely take advantage of her expertise in the future!

Nicole was very responsive to our requests and planned a great trip. We stayed in very nice hotels with amazing customer service. Our transfers were seamless and we felt very safe.
