Telina panned a trip for me and my family to Universal Studios and Disneyworld. Not only did she save me a bunch of money, she was really great at cheerfully answering my questions throughout the trip, whenever I sent her a message about anything. These parks are confusing for first timers and the amount of information that you need is just overwhelming! Luckily, she was there every step of the way! I don't think I could have made it though this trip without her!

We had an opportunity to meet with Telina in DIsney December 2020 and the resort that we were at had very sub par customer service. Since our travel agent (Telina) was with us, we were able to get better accommodations to suit our needs. I would not hesitate to have Telina to help plan and book my vacation moving forward!

Telina was great to work with on my recent trip to Paris. The accommodation was in a prime area to use the subway and it was an easy walk to most tourist sites. We didn’t have any specific plans on one day so I tried to secure some tickets for a night cruise. I was not able to get what I wanted, so I called the contact Telina gave me, and they got me, not only the tickets I wanted, but window seats! Everything went like clockwork. I will use Telina as a travel planner in the future. Thumbs up!
