I quickly found out that planning your first trip to Walt Disney World can be an overwhelming experience, and I am incredibly glad that we ended up working with Biz. From laying out all of our resort options to taking care of our Fast Passes and dining reservations, she made sure that every detail was covered. She also helped with things like finding a stroller rental and gave advice on spending a day at Universal Studios to visit Harry Potter World. Everything we could've needed to have a fun trip was covered by working with Biz.

She was very responsive to every inquiry and able to answer all of the questions we had along the way given her vast knowledge of all things Disney World. We ended up having just a fantastic vacation, and will 100% work with Biz again when we plan our next Disney trip!
