Working with Laura was great - she asked lots of questions about what we hoped to get out of the trip and really listened to our feedback during the planning process. We had never travelled to Bosnia & Herzegovina before, so having someone help us with research and making plans was invaluable. From booking our hotels to giving us more information about the country, planning was simplified. When it was time to go, all of our travel information was in one place and accessible - which we referred to numerous times during our trip. It was great to have all of the details in one place! Laura was also very responsive with last minute questions leading up the trip and while we were travelling. When our travel between cities had us arriving at our hotel in Sarajevo later than expected, she was able to alert the hotel and make sure our late check-in would go smoothly. She was able to provide peace of mind during our trip which allowed us to relax and enjoy our adventure!

She is just so easy to work with. No matter how busy and how late it is she gets back to me very quick and will continue using her and recommend anyone to use her you won’t regret.
