Melissa is simply the best! She took a ton of time to sit with my wife and I to help us plan the perfect family vacation. She also help me plan a surprise vow renewal for my wife for our 20 year anniversary. It was so nice to have someone help us with all of the small details and keep us up to date on the ever changing travel requirements. She was even able to get us a premium upgrade at our resort.
