Anne, from IKP travel helped us plan and book our recent trip to Hawaii. She was super patient (we changed our date of travel, and had a hard time deciding which island we wanted to go to). Anne, had first hand experience at seveal of the locations she recommended for us to stay. We had specifically requested a hotel that had a kitchenette, and in room washer/dryer. The options she sent us were fantastic, and the location we settled on was amazing. Anne traveled to Oahu shortly before our trip, and picked up brochures that she hand delivered for us to check out. Anne was very responsive! This was our first International family vacation, during a pandemic, traveling with our brother and sister in law and their 4 kids. Anne managed all 11 of us wonderfully! She was helpful getting us information on appropriate resorts for families with cost options to chose from. While we were traveling, she was just a text message away and always responded quickly!
