    John was fantastic in every step of the way. He made our trip to Disney World seamless!! We had a large group and some unique arrangements that we were looking for. John really did work magic in order to make our trip a reality. He also helped us navigate through some of the nuances to the park as COVID was still impacting some things. John also gave us a crash course in the Genie+ app, which proved to be critical in how we planned out each day. Overall, John was a pleasure to work with and we'd recommend him to anyone looking to book a trip.

    John was truly a joy to work with. He listened and understood exactly what my family was looking for. I had done a ton of research prior to getting in contact with John and he answered all my questions and helped me select the resort that was the best fit. He really went out of his way to make sure we got the rooms we wanted and ensure everything was set up properly. I really appreciate his timely responses and periodic check-ins to make sure everything went as planned. John has renewed my faith in travel agents!
