Since that initial meeting we have booked 11 cruises with her and she has booked our airfare for 3 additional timeshare vacations, a total of 16 tickets. We recommended her to friends and family and she was able to book 8 vacations for them. She answers our questions and helped us through an itinerary issue and a booking discount issue. She keeps us well informed of new upcoming trips and any changes on our existing bookings. Repeat customers reflects good service.
