Jenn was so sweet and accommodating. She worked hard to put together a last minute trip to Disney for my family, even going above and beyond to help with my Disney app and magic bands!

I casually mentioned to Jenn what my dream 20th anniversary trip would be & she made my dream come to life! She took the time to ask about my likes/dislikes as well as my budget. When she presented me with the quote, it was below budget & more than I had hoped for! I’ve worked with other TAs & typically the service ends there unless there is a problem. Not so with Jenn! She stayed in touch & reminded me of necessary documents to fill out & even reminded me to pack my passport. She spent quite a while of her time on the phone making sure specific requests I had regarding the room were relayed to the resort....& when we arrived, everything was exactly as I’d requested! Let’s talk about the property itself....my dream was a Bali style overwater bungalow with a smaller budget. She found EXACTLY what I wanted & it was better than I could have imagined. Jenn has a knack for pairing her clients with just the right property & experiences. I’ll never travel without consulting her again!`
