We started planning our trip in July 2021 and traveled in June/July 2022. Bill was helpful in every stage of the planning process and always made himself available to answer any questions we had.He never missed a detail in making reservations and keeping us updated on everything we needed to know. Turtle Bay Resort was amazing! We definitely would recommend him to anyone who is planning to travel!

Incredible! Mr. Brooks was always available and equipped with so much knowledge on our trip. We weren’t sure where we wanted to go, so he listened well to us and suggested places that would best suit us. His extensive travel knowledge helped us narrow down where we wanted to be and he made sure it would be as smooth as possible. His knowledge of all the small details as well really helped our trip go smoothly.

It is hard to find the words to express how grateful we are to Bill for his help in making our cruise happen. We are ordinarily independent travelers — planes, trains, rental cars, B&Bs. I’m quite comfortable to do it myself. But we have not been cruisers.

So I was happy to have the assistance of a professional. Bill was there to help us every step of the way. And some of those steps were probably out of the ordinary. We took this cruise to celebrate the recoveries from cancer of both my wife and I. We had a few special needs that Bill helped us through.

Bill also knows Alaska and was able to advise us on things to do and sights not to miss. We took Bill’s advice and were never disappointed.
