I cannot begin to thank you for everything you have done to make our last few Disney vacations (no doubt our future Disney vacations) the best they could possibly be. Your expertise is unmatched, both as a travel professional, and Disney resorts and vacations. Every time, you have ensured that we maximize our resources with the best deals and most efficient plans. And throughout, you have not only been a wealth of information and guidance, but a trusted sounding board and support system. I’ve traveled millions of miles for work & play. I consider myself a more savvy planner and traveler than many. But you have brought our vacations to a new level, by being thoughtful & thorough, always having the answer, whatever the question or concern. If it’s a missed flight, a revised itinerary, a sudden illness, or a question about a Disney resort, you have made yourself available, with little or no notice, to help us w/your knowledge, and unbelievable attention to details.

We had the very best day at Star Wars! I followed the directions this morning and got a virtual queue for the Rise ride and my kids went nuts over it!! They are so happy. What a nice family experience. Hollywood studios (Star Wars) was definitely our favorite. The Grand Floridian hotel is lovely (my husband really likes it and he’s super picky) and so accommodating to my son for all of his allergies. In fact, every place we ate at Disney was extremely accommodating. I can’t thank you enough. This is a really nice place for family fun, and especially easy for people who have children with a zillion allergies. Such a nice way to end our time in Florida! I Can’t thank you enough! We were previously not Disney people, now we love it and would definitely return. Maybe when our youngest is taller and can go on more rides!
