We got caught up in the British Airway computer crash. Holly stuck with us and worked on our claim for 6 months. After many hours spent by Holly we received our full claim which included reimbursement for last minute business class airfare to get home.

Holly has been our go to travel agent for many cruises. She has always done an amazing job on getting us extra perks and organizing the details.

Our dream trip

Holly did a Fabulous Job when arranging our island hopping Hawaii Trip.

We arrived early in the day so there were still lots to do. After all you have to utilize every minute that you're there.

The care Holly gave was so appreciated.

Amazing Trip

Holly was always willing to help, change reservations, look for best flight etc. She explained the cruise, the transfers and everything else very well. She even made contact with us while she was on her own vacation, to make sure we got out of SLC OK, and to inform us about possible problems with the hurricanes that were going on to the south of us.

Inedible three generation family trip!

Holly was amazing through the whole process of our Hawaii vacation. She was quick to get back with me on answers. Finding the best prices, places to eat etc. Whatever we needed she was full of answers or got them then filled me in. She also contacted me also to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks Holly for being so awesome! It wouldn't have been as great without all your help!

Best Honeymoon Ever!

Holly was very receptive to our needs and helped us plan a wonderful honeymoon to beautiful Puerto Vallarta. She was able to book reasonable travel to a great resort (Hard Rock Vallarta), and she really worked hard to address all of our questions regarding excursions and resort credits. She also did her best to secure VIP status at the resort for us and get us set up on the "honeymoon package" (although we had to get that package re-implemented while we were at the resort, so I recommend bringing a copy of your marriage certificate and verifying it is noted).

The resort ended up giving us a room upgrade and a lot of special treatment. It was a wonderful experience. We are so looking forward to going back to Puerto Vallarta. best Honeymoon ever!
