Mike helped us out with every aspect of our trip. We had never traveled to Australia before, had a finite budget, finite amount of time to be in Australia but we want to make the most of our time and resources and Mike was spot on with accommodations and with sights to see. My husband and I said on more than one occasion. Mike really knows this area well and has absolutely steered us in the right direction.

From start to finish, Mike was an excellent advisor. He was gracious with the time he spent with myself, my wife and granddaughter helping to plan our trip to Australia, working out all the transportation details concerning the six flights we took, the hotels we stayed in and the tours he recommended. He also provided timely assistance while we were in Australia.
