It was Great working with Lindsey - she took time to get to know us and what we like and dislike so she could make our experience fit to our personality!! For us old people that like hard copies - she made our daily itinerary and printed everything out so I could have it in my hand to review and look over.

When I emailed Lindsey, asking about our Disney World vacation plans, I was not prepared for the abundance of help that she offered us! Every email was personalized and not copied and pasted from some pre-written list of responses. She worked quickly to get us the best possible experience and checked in regularly to make sure that everything was going as planned. We had never used a travel agent before, but our experience with Lindsey was so incredible that we will never plan another trip to Disney World without her!

Lindsey was fantastic! She was quick to get started helping us with our plans. She wanted to make sure we were finding what was right for us and helping us with anything we needed! I honestly think she was as excited about our trip as we were!

Lindsey went above and beyond to make this the perfect family vacation for us. Lindsey had great advice for planning the best days for each park, helping decide the perfect dining choices for us, and was especially helpful in teaching me how to navigate everything with the My Disney Experience app. When we found out we could make it to Disney World a little earlier than expected, Lindsey called the resort and made arrangements for us to check in a night early! I would have never been able to plan such a smooth vacation without Lindsey’s guidance. We all agreed that we were able to do EVERYTHING we wanted in our days at Disney.

Lindsey was so easy to work with! She answered all of our many questions so quickly and made booking our trip a breeze! We would definitely call her for our next trip.
