Pauline was very efficient and responsive to our many questions especially related to navigating CoVid restrictions that were in place at the time of travel. She was also helpful in answering questions we had related to traveling with a disability .

Pauline is very pleasant and patient. She organized a trip to Italy for us and her hotel and activity choices were terrific. There were no issues that came up and everything went smoothly . She also set up a cruise for our entire family of 13 people, which went very well!
