    Jenn was great from planning to during the trip! She was helpful and listened to our interest in the planning phase, as well as our budget. She was always very responsive when we had questions and that continued through the entire trip. Importantly for us, she was not pushy at all. She let us be as independent and involved as we wanted to be while taking of the things we asked her to.     Jenn was excellent with communication and providing us the materials we needed to be prepared for our first international trip. There were a few items we needed related to COVID; she answered our questions promptly. At the same time, she also provided us restaurant and bar recommendations that were perfect for when we weren’t site seeing.
