    Lisa is amazing! I would not do Disney without her. I had no idea how much there is to know and plan when you go to Disney. Lisa was right there every step of the way to walk us through all we needed and her joyful spirit is contagious. She even woke up early just to secure us tickets to an attraction we wanted to see. She’s a gem and goes way over and beyond.

    “Our Goal Was Accomplished!”

    I don’t know what we would have done if we hadn’t had Lisa when planning our trip to Disney World for our 7 year old grandson! She did the hard work. We asked plenty of questions- she answered them all! If we weren’t able to figure out how to access something, she walked us through it or took care of it herself as far as possible. When we became flustered, she was never condescending, but rather, she was extremely patient. I’m sure we were a challenge, but she was successful in helping us through the gamut of choices and processes necessary to bring the Disney experience to our grandson.
