Bob is great at his job! He’s personable, funny and gets to know who you are and what you want out of a vacation. For this long weekend family trip skiing in VT he couldn’t have picked a better location and accommodation that met all of my needs and more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to make this resort condo stay an annual family vacation!

We have wanted to visit Universal’s Harry Potter for years. Bob went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the trip was a success.
