was flying tampa to dfw ,weather slowed the arrival of the plane I was to board. A quick call to stacy found the next flight to dfw she got me transferred to it. That allowed me to get to dfw and then hurry to the next gate for my next flight to my final destination. stacy stayed with me the whole trip via phone and text.
