Trip of a lifetime

Kevin went above and beyond working with me on our disney cruise. He spent time working with disney were I truly believe another agent would not do. He helped reschedule our trip several times, the last time is when he was able to get us reschedule, it was after the 24 days, and get us an extra night and money back. He is awesome.
