There was never a question that went unanswered … and I had many questions, but throughout the process Libbi answered them all without hesitation. Very knowledgeable but what’s so great is that you can honestly hear the passion that she has with getting your “dream” vacation going. She handled everything so when she says all you need to do is pack, trust me, that is literally all you need to do. A plus for me was a week before our trip I had asked for a slight change in our itinerary and she made it happen! Libby was excellent at finding a hotel that fit our extremely specific needs. She checks in during transit and the trip to make sure everything is going smoothly, as well as after. Libby went above and beyond in helping us book on our second trip to the same hotel while using a waiver - she made sure the waiver worked smoothly when the hotel was being a bit difficult. Would happily use her for a third time!

First class service! I don't have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe how phenomenal it was working with Libbi. My family and I had never been to Hawaii so we were having a tough time getting started on the planning. We reached out to Libbi at the Gypsea Traveller and she got us rolling! She provided a custom package and service. We let her know what we had in mind and she took those ideas and provided details and recommendations to meet our needs. The most astounding part of Libbi's service is that she was always available! She was lightning fast on her responses to our question. She also provided tips and recommendations (like when to arrive at each airport because of security lines or checkout times at hotels) to us to ensure the sure the trip was as smooth and stress free as possible.
