There's nothing quite as romantic as two people who are very much in love jetting away to a foreign destination together. As a travel agent who specializes in romance travel, I strive to make sure that the experience is as magical and intimate as possible for my couples.

Beyond booking luxurious accommodations and convenient transportation, I arrange for flowers to be waiting in the room upon their arrival and request champagne and strawberries to be delivered. It's these special moments that allow couples to escape reality and immerse themselves in their love for each other.

After more than 25 years in the industry, I have had experience booking thousands of romantic vacations. Many of my couples also have enjoyed luxury river cruises all across the globe.  My favorite destinations to book for couples include:

When I first began my career, I loved to help make dreams come true. While I still love to work with my clients on a personal basis, I also have found it very rewarding to help enhance the careers of other travel agents. I have had the opportunity to:

• Host a radio show called the Travel Guys Show. Based out of Sacramento, we discussed travel opportunities and the industry with our audience.
• Advocate for travel clients by participating in various organizations, including the Travel Institute.
• Lead a group of travel professionals through Northern California to allow them to explore the area, learn more about the industry as a whole and improve their own professional skills.

Whether working with other professionals in the industry or creating an incredible itinerary for my clients, my goal is to exceed expectations. I love to incorporate the element of surprise into the journey, as I feel this is what makes travel memorable. For instance, I once booked a client on a safari adventure and surprised the traveler with a fireside dance from local dancers.
