I cannot say enough amazing things about Velia and her agency. I originally booked this trip for my family and had to move it after my husband became critically ill and subsequently died. She handled all of the arrangements for me and a time, when I was absolutely incapable of doing it for myself.

And she help me reorganize the trip the following year, when I was ready. She heard all of my fears and handled all of the arrangements to make things so much easier for me to travel alone with my two young daughters. When anything went wrong… And it did twice with transportation, she answered our phone call in the middle of the night each time and communicated with the vendor.
