From booking to keeping us updated & making sure all the to-do’s were getting done on my end to waking her up at 1:30am just hours before our departure when I got a notification that our plane was delayed and we were going to miss our connection - she never left my side! She was so cheerful on the phone at 1:30 in the morning & within 30 minutes she had our flight switched & kept our vacation on schedule.
