We were a large party of 9 taking a cruise and she handled travel transport to and from the ship along with hotel accommodations and all of our cruise accommodations. Michelle was a real pro and super helpful. We had a trips with a lot of moving pieces (7 cities in 5 countries over 17 days) and would not have dared try to book something like that myself. No way I would have thought of everything. Michelle made it so easy for us. The detailed app-based itinerary was so easy to use. Flights, ground transportation, hotels, reservations all went off without a hitch. I would give her six stars if I could.
