We heard about Karen from a friend who said she had the best travel agent. A group of friends wanted to do a trip together. We reached out to Karen to help us come up with a resort and destination. She handled all of the details and reminded us with our final payments were due. She mailed emailed and mailed our travel documents to us plus helpful tips and suggestions. She gave us information to help us with the immigration process and it was really helpful. The transfer was waiting for us with our names on signs. We had a great time in Punta Cana and loved our resort. We loved the butler service our resort offered to each of us. Our group is planning to do this again next year and looking forward to seeing what Karen comes up with for us. Best Trip Ever!
