I haven’t been to Walt Disney World since December 2018. I’ve always done all my own booking. With all the changes in the park reservation systems, the Genie+ app and the stress of traveling, I handed over my Disney Trip Wish List to Ra’Nesha and she made it happen with the wave of her wand! This includes getting me a reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table- I’ve never been able to secure one myself! Ra’Nesha got us another great dining experience on top of the Contemporary Hotel at The California Grill. We were invited back to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the roof top! Ra’Nesha was always available to answer my questions and quick to provide me with the various confirmation emails for the resort, tickets and dining. It took all the stress off of me. When we checked in, the cast member at the front desk pulled up our reservation and said, “there’s a surprise in your room!” Sure enough, there was a box of Disney treats from Ra’Nesha. She knows how to make magic.

Ms. Springer recently planned a cruise to Alaska for my group that almost didn’t happen. The cruise was originally planned for the Spring in 2020 when Covid struck the world. Of course, the cruise industry fell to its knees for a long time before it was medically safe to travel again. Even at that point, my group was not convinced that it was safe, and rescheduled the trip once before canceling altogether. I contacted Ms.Springer in again in 2022 to see how we could put the trip back on track. By now, we all had cruise credits we needed to get extended in order to book a trip in 2023. Mrs. Springer put in a lot of telephone hours to try to work things out, because our credits went from being expired to extended, and on a cheaper cruise! The bottom line is that we were finally able to take our cruise two and 1/2 years later and it cost us less than before! Ms. Springer is always caring and professional in conducting business, and wants to make certain that every need is met.
