Never have I ever...used a travel agency to book travel. It was the best thing I ever did!

I am well traveled and recently booked a family trip to Italy (Rome, Positano, and Venice). I did not have the time or expertise to set up an extensive trip for people with varying wants/needs so I turned to Jenny. The trip was a hit! Everyone got what they wanted and it was no headache for me (who would have had to do everything on my own). We even added a destination after our original itinerary was finalized and Jenny was able to support our wants.

Our flights, hotels, private transfers, and tours were all planned by Jenny. We basically just had to show up! We even had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us at our first hotel after a long flight. Nice attention to detail. Plus, she kept us on budget. We even checked other travel bundles and we were well under all! Will always go to Jenny when I travel!
