Kristin did such an amazing job planning our Disney trip three years ago that we knew exactly who to call when we decided to visit Universal Orlando. Kristin not only set up the Universal Studios trip, but she also helped us use our free passes Disney issued three years ago. We are so grateful for her extensive knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. She’s the best!

Kristin was recommended by a friend. I’ve never used a travel agent before.This was a very difficult thing for me to do. I’ve visited Disney 19 times in my life, and cruised the Disney Dream twice. I’ve always done all the planning myself and letting go wasn’t easy.But I bit the bullet and made the call. I was so glad I did. Kristin made the transition so easy. She was always quick to respond to emails and promptly returned phone calls.Together we managed to make 11 reservations for dinners for 9 people. It was amazing.Same thing with the fast passes.While I was at Disney there were several issues that were making my Disney Magic disappear.And Disney wasn’t really fixing the issues nor compensating me for the time I was wasting trying to fix them.One Magical email from Kristin not only fixed the issues but caused compensation that brought the magic back, and then some.It was at that moment I realized I had made the right decision in contacting Kristin to help me with my vacation.

It was a wonderful trip and Kristin makes it so painless and easy. She provides wonderful tips for us for each experience, which is very valuable. She has been on the cruises and all of the parks and knows what she is talking about. I highly recommend using her!

Kristin was amazing! She had so much knowledge from personal experience about the destination we wanted to visit for our honeymoon, it really made narrowing down our choices much easier. We also had a certain budget we wanted to stay at and were BLOWN AWAY with our accommodations! From early planning stages, she went above and beyond with her attentiveness to answering questions, scoured countless resorts that fell within our budget, and was able to give us a very clear idea of what to expect during our travels.
The trip itself was perfect. We upgraded, after visiting with Kristin, to the Club Mobay lounge at the airport, and while we didn't actually have to wait there long, the fact that we were breezed through customs and security was nice - and we were able to enjoy some beverages before getting on the shuttle. The resort was beyond our wildest dreams. The staff at the resort made you feel like family, and the resort itself felt like home. We can't wait to go back.
