We have personally been working with Marcy since 2008. We are part of a Travel Club with more than 900 members and many of them love to travel. Called Marcy and told her I wanted to go on Safari in Africa. She asked me about 5 questions and asked me to give her a day or two to put together a proposal. The next day she emailed (and then called) with all the details - Air Fares, Hotels (2 options) Local Guides and a complete itinerary. She also suggested a side trip to Cape Town - which turned out to be a great idea. Overall -- the lesson is - always use a travel agent - especially this one.
