We booked on a 3rd party site and thought all was well. The next day we received a notice that the tickets were not booked with the airlines and the cost had literally doubled overnight on google flights. Alexis was able to get us the same tickets way below the going rate and really saved the day!

My mother was in the late stages of her cancer battle and wanted to see Europe in her final weeks. She and I traveled with my three college age daughters to London, Rome, Madrid and then Edinburgh. Because of school commitments, we had three departure dates and return dates. My mother needed ADA accommodations as she was in a wheel chair. Alexis made all of the arrangements for our trip including flights, accommodations and tours. I had no idea how many things had to be considered and how difficult it is to plan a trip of this size!
