Very quick to respond and get our family to Mexico for Spring Break. We just could not find any place we liked and no direct flights, Sharon had got us both while we talked on the phone and booked in 10 minutes! Highly Recommend..

Well, I was kinda reluctant to use a travel agent because I thought they we a thing of the past.. turns out it was the best decision I ever made; Rico’s knowledge of Mexico in one word is incredible! I really had a tough time deciding on where to go and what to do, there were so many options, so I asked a friend for advise and she said “Call Rico” as a single mother I am always conscious about the time I spend with my daughters, he knew exactly where to send us!! He even checked in with us at the resort and had a few surprises for us.. Called us when we got back and asked me “what could we have done better so I know for your next trip” well, it could have been longer than 5 days! LOL, never knew that someone would truly care so much about how we make memories.

Rick made our entire trip worry free. We had our hesitations of all the things we might forget or things that could go wrong but Rick was there to make sure the trip went smooth and all we had to worry about was enjoying ourselves. He had everything taken care of, prepped us before we left, checked in on us while we were there and then followed up after to make sure we were happy and had a wonderful experience.

We’ve done three trips through Rico and all have been great! He knows the best resorts based on what you want or expect!

Great all the way around, the trip Rico put together could not have been better. Highly recommend!
