Carrie and I began corresponding March 2021 when my sister in law invited me on her birthday trip to Punta Cana. I was a little nervous about the process considering this was my first international trip. However, Carrie laid everything out in simple terms and steps making the process stress free and easy for me. We recently spent an incredible week in London which would not have happened without the help and support of Carrie- our amazing travel agent! From the very initial states of planning the trip, Carrie took the time to make sure she understood what we wanted and needed, and was always available to answer questions and offer advice. It can be daunting planning a trip like this on your own, which is why I would always recommend using a travel agent. Carrie goes above and beyond - she emailed us directions on how to get places using the tube, organized a surprise for my two daughters at the Harry Potter Studio Tour and took care of an issue for us while we were in London. The entire trip was a success thanks to Carrie. I cannot recommend Carrie enough - she makes traveling fun and exciting and more importantly - stress -free!
