Nancy treats every customer like family, and creates a complete travel experience for every client. She takes the time to not only understand the basics - where you want to go, when and how many people, she learns about you and your travelers and how they like to travel. For example, on our trip, we had a very active group, so we did a lot of walking, hiking, biking and swimming. We are adventurous food and wine drinkers, so our dining experiences reflected this preference. Nancy will make sure any vacation you book with her turns out to be an excellent and memorable trip.

Nancy is amazing at paying attention to each and every detail of the trip and is always available to answer questions. If she doesn’t know the answer she immediately researches the issue to get you an answer in a timely manner. Nancy listens to what you want to do on your trip and helps you find the best activities and venue . Highly recommend her.

This was our first trip with Nancy and it was absolutely wonderful!! Everything was carefully planned out, we travelled to all of the best locations, everyone was so friendly - we had the best time. It really was the trip of our dreams. We look forward to going on many more!

My recent two week trip to Croatia with Pangea was my first group vacation and it was a great experience, one which I’d happily repeat! Pangea made me feel welcome and comfortable; the group was a mix of friendly, interesting people. Days were a fun mix of relaxation, sightseeing, history, education and of course delicious food and wine. I loved the fact that Nancy had everything meticulously planned but could adapt the plans in real time to take advantage of new or better opportunities. Let me start off by saying that the trip exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. Our travel agent Nancy nailed it! My girlfriend and I would highly recommend Nancy for anyone seeking a vacation out of the country. I was unsure of where to even start with the planning and booking process for our Icelandic adventure. I researched local travel agents that specialized in trips to Iceland and I found Nancy. Well, let me say I’m so glad I did find Nancy because we couldn’t have asked for a better planned trip. She fullfilled our requests and even surpassed them. Nancy is friendly, understanding and easy to communicate with. She took into account our medium/moderate budget and matched us with a hotel ( The Radisson Blu Saga) that was perfect for our price range and comfort needs. Our flights, tours, bus pick up/ drop offs were concise and a perfect match for our desires. When we arrived there was no confusion whatsoever thanks to our travel itinerary with confirmation numbers.
