    The best family vacation

    Janine has planned many vacations for us and she is always been great as far as finding us the best deals on air fare, hotels, golf and tours. In the past we have told her we wanted to take a vacation and she has come up with some great ideas. Right now she has been planning our second family vacation for 18 people in June and she does all of the work for us to put everything together.
    We would highly recommend her to anyone.

    She is an excellent agent! She has great recommendations and always helps me find the best deal for my budget.     Janine has been our travel agent for many years. She knows how we like to travel and she is always finding new place for us to visit that we will love. She is organized, efficient, and I know every last detail is taken care of for us. She is patient with us as we explore travel possibilities and answers all of our many questions. She gives us great advice on travel tips, and always kind and helpful. In a day and time, when many people may book themselves for their trips, Janine has been able to get great deals that I would have never found on my own. Our vacations have been amazing!!

    Awesome family trips!

    Janine was a referral from another family ... they had used her on several occasions to book family trips (that included five kids and two adults!). We are a family of six with kids ages 13 - 8 years old, so we figured she would be a good fit in helping us select destinations that would cater to our needs.

    Since calling Janine and having her help us with our first airplane trip as a family three years ago, she has now become our regular go-to for Spring Break travel to warm, tropical destinations.

    Her guidance has always suited our needs; one year we used own airplane miles and she coordinated the hotel and transfers; the next year we needed two rooms to accommodate our family (something I would personally feel uncomfortable booking on my own - what if I messed something up?); and the last year we went ‘budget’ (after spending a lot of time and money on house projects!), and she led us to a destination that was totally off our radar, but we ended up booking and had a great time.

    Janine was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I don't travel that often. The thought of booking flights and hotels is sometimes overwhelming. Janine made it easy for us. While in Vegas our flight home was canceled. One call to Janine and we had a flight back home without any of the hassle.     Janine has been terrific in helping my husband and I plan our vacation! We told her what we were interested in seeing and she helped to find us a destination and tour that we totally enjoyed. After the trip was planned, I suffered an injury to an ankle and Janine assisted in arranging to have a wheelchair available at each arrival and departure throughout the trip. She, also, advised us in tipping the nice people that so graciously pushed me through the airport and customs. She really saved the day!

    Janine has been our travel agent for 25 years. She knows us very well, so we just say 'we would like to go to....' and within a very short period of time, she has our trip plan with details. She keeps us up-to-date for any changes later on. Janine always encourages us to purchase the 'travel insurance' which we have had to use . It made these type situations so much easier when you are away from home. She just recently put together a 'family package trip' which involved a group of us (leaving from different places and getting us to meet up places as a group); we are so grateful we have Janine to guide our travel.
