If you are thinking about a trip, contact Anita immediately! Her knowledge of traveling in more countries than you can name and her planning expertise will allow you to simply focus on packing. We wanted to take the Queen Mary 2 to England and Anita took care of everything with Cunard and helped us select the ideally located room (aft and away from stairwells/elevators and laundry rooms). We had what we thought would be a major problem—unexpectedly needed to change trip dates and we did not have travel insurance—it never phased her. Because of her close association with Cunard, she was able to re-book us on an earlier sailing with no penalty. Now, for the most amazing service. Our son and family live in NYC and they planned to come to the pier to wave goodbye. Anita volunteered to travel to NYC and escort them onboard to tour the ship and have lunch. Needless to say, Anita goes above and beyond expectations.
