Krista has been integral to the planning of most of our family vacations. She’s sent us to Disney world, Disneyland, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico just to name a few. Each vacation is thought out with our needs and preferences in mind. Need a last minute dining reservation cause your daughter suddenly requested Mickey waffles? She’s got you covered. Need an agent to sift through all the potential resorts and come up with a location with a terrific pool, beach front and near excursions? She’s your gal. Most importantly she continues to be your gal when life happens and plans need to change. Best of all, she does it with a smile and a can do attitude. Overall, she’s wealth of knowledge and a gem to work with.

Krista came highly recommended by a coworker and she did not disappoint!. Her vast knowledge of everything Disney made for an amazing first trip to Disney World for our family of 6. Everything was seamless, from hotel to dining to how best to navigate the parks. She was able to answer our questions every single step of the way. .

I reached out to Krista at the end of February to plan a last minute trip to Disney…. in April… Easter week to be exact. While I provided flexibility in days- I had some hotel requirements including two rooms next to each other (or suite) at a deluxe resort.

Krista came through and then some. She provided a few different options and didn’t bat an eye as my family and I figured out dates/flights/adding on nights in some rooms. We had a great time at Yacht Club.

Krista is available via text and phone when you need her. As “seasoned” Disney goers she still provided plenty of insight and help for all my little questions especially around meals. We had a few different reservations in order to stay at the hotel we wanted and she managed all the invoices and receipts. Also to note I was primary contact but not the payer. She seamlessly managed both contacts.
