Travel done well becomes part of the story of your life SM.  The pages in my life story are filled with places, people, food, and adventures. I haven’t just experienced them in a book or movie or let them fill my daydreams; I have immersed myself in them. 

My story has chapters filled with adventures, as I have traveled to more than half of the world, and it has changed me in profound ways.  It has forced me out of my comfort zone, taught me flexibility and adaptability, and helped me become more accepting of other people and cultures. I have learned to value experiences over things and to realize that we are more similar than different. Most importantly, I have learned to live in the moment and appreciate the unique gifts of wherever I am.
